We haven't had much snow the past several years.

That changed this week! I was finally able to build a snowman!

Paper Hearts

I saw a cute Valentine framed heart wall hanging in Ben Franklin's craft store. I decided to try making my own version of it on a white canvas. I used paper that I had on hand and was disappointed that the 3 colors aren't really defined. Next time I will purchase gradient shades at the store to avoid this happening. My heart punch could have been a bit smaller too, I think. Still a cute idea!

Masculine Birthday

Most of the cards I make seem to be feminine.

Today I decided it was time to make a masculine birthday card.

I need to try to make more masculine cards.

Butterflies

I've been using my butterfly and die cut butterflies recently.

These two cards were made from the same butterfly die - 

the butterfly itself and then the cut out.

This card has two butterflies - the top is a vellum layer
over regular card stock.

Framed Name

I made this for someone to give as a baby shower gift.

What a great meaningful, personalized gift!
And it's very easy to make.
